Refund Policy

At Tiffinzo, we want you to be completely satisfied with every meal. Here's our refund and cancellation policy.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before the daily cutoff time. Once an order enters preparation, cancellation is no longer possible as ingredients have already been procured and cooking has begun.

2. Quality Issues

If you receive a meal that does not meet our quality standards, please report it through the app within 2 hours of delivery. We will investigate and issue a refund or credit as appropriate.

3. Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered or is significantly delayed, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us through the app or WhatsApp support.

4. Subscription Refunds

Subscription plans can be paused or cancelled at any time. Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions will be refunded to your Tiffinzo wallet or original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method or Tiffinzo wallet. Bank refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
