We collect information you provide directly — such as name, phone number, email, delivery address — and information generated by your use of our service, such as order history and preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders, manage subscriptions, improve our service, communicate with you about your orders, and ensure food safety compliance.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with delivery partners (for order fulfillment), payment processors (for transactions), Google for analytics and advertising measurement as described below, and as required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest to protect your personal information.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can manage notification preferences in the app settings.

6. Analytics and Advertising Measurement

For visitors in India, we use Google Analytics and advertising measurement by default to understand website use and which ads lead to purchases. Elsewhere, optional measurement stays off unless you allow it. Advertising measurement may use ad click identifiers, page visits and purchase value; it does not enable personalized advertising. We do not send your phone number, address, OTP or payment credentials in analytics events.

You can turn off analytics or advertising measurement at any time through Privacy preferences, and you can still order after opting out. A saved preference takes priority over the India default. Turning off measurement stops future optional collection and suppresses queued measurement after your signed-in preference is saved. Contact support for deletion requests involving previously submitted data.
