Yes, absolutely. Tiffinzo is 100% pure vegetarian. We never use any non-vegetarian ingredients, including eggs. Our entire kitchen, supply chain, and menu are strictly vegetarian.

Tiffinzo follows a simple pre-order model:

1. Choose your subscription or meal — select lunch, dinner, or both
2. Place your order before the cut-off — 11 PM for next-day lunch, 2 PM for same-day dinner
3. We prepare it fresh — lunch is cooked the next morning, dinner the same afternoon
4. Delivered to your door — packed and delivered in Hinjawadi during your chosen slot

This model ensures every meal is made-to-order with zero reheated food.

Order by 11:00 PM the night before for next-day lunch, and by 2:00 PM the same day for dinner. Orders placed after the cut-off are scheduled for the next available slot.

Cut-off times are also shown while you place your order, so you'll always know exactly when to order by.

Tiffinzo currently delivers to Hinjawadi and surrounding IT park areas in Pune. We are expanding to more neighborhoods soon, including:

Yes! Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive tracking updates with an estimated delivery time. You can also reach our support team for live delivery status.

You can leave delivery instructions (like "leave at reception" or "hand to security") when placing your order. If delivery cannot be completed, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. Undeliverable orders are handled per our refund policy.

You can cancel or reschedule your order any time before the daily cut-off. Once the cut-off has passed, the order enters preparation and cannot be cancelled. Subscription orders can be paused with advance notice — see our subscription FAQ below.

Tiffinzo serves authentic regional Indian vegetarian cuisine. Our menu includes:

We are planning to offer Jain-friendly meal options that exclude onion, garlic, and root vegetables. This feature is coming soon. In the meantime, you can check individual menu items for detailed ingredient lists to find options that suit your dietary needs.

We offer standard spice levels that are balanced for most palates. While full customization isn't available for individual orders, subscription customers can set spice preferences (mild, medium, or spicy) that apply to all their meals.

Tiffinzo offers three prepaid Classic subscription plans on activated routes:

• 5-Meal Starter Plan — ₹899 — lunch or dinner
• 20-Meal Monthly Plan — ₹3,499 — Most Popular, lunch or dinner
• Lunch + Dinner — 40 Meals — ₹6,799 — Best Value, over 20 working days

Displayed totals include GST and scheduled doorstep delivery. The ordering app confirms route and service eligibility before payment. See Plans & Pricing for details.

Yes. Use your subscription dashboard to pause eligible delivery dates before the applicable service cutoff, within your plan's pause-day allowance. Paused delivery days carry forward to the end of your subscription. The dashboard shows available dates, remaining pause days and your updated end date. Pausing a delivery does not automatically issue a refund.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Tiffinzo account or by contacting our support team at contact@tiffinzo.com. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. Any unused days in the current cycle are handled per our refund policy.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. If upgrading mid-cycle, you'll only pay the difference for the remaining days — making it easy to try a higher plan without commitment.

• Quality issues — contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement
• Cancelled orders (before cut-off) — refunds processed within 3-5 business days
• Subscription cancellation — unused days refunded per plan terms
