Tiffinzo follows a simple next-day pre-order model:
- Browse the menu — check tomorrow's menu on the Tiffinzo app
- Place your order before cut-off — select your meal and confirm
- We prepare it fresh — your meal is cooked fresh the next morning
- Delivered to your door — hot, packed, and delivered by lunchtime or dinnertime
This model ensures every meal is made-to-order with zero reheated food.
The daily cut-off time for next-day delivery is typically 10:00 PM. Orders placed before cut-off are prepared and delivered the next day. Orders placed after cut-off will be scheduled for the day after.
The cut-off time is clearly displayed in the app, so you'll always know exactly when to order by.
Tiffinzo currently delivers to Hinjewadi and surrounding IT park areas in Pune. We are expanding to more neighborhoods soon, including:

Yes! Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive real-time tracking updates via the Tiffinzo app. You can see the estimated delivery time and track your delivery partner's location — just like any modern delivery app.
You can leave delivery instructions (like "leave at reception" or "hand to security") when placing your order. If delivery cannot be completed, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. Undeliverable orders are handled per our refund policy.
You can cancel or reschedule your order any time before the daily cut-off. Once the cut-off has passed, the order enters preparation and cannot be cancelled. Subscription orders can be paused with advance notice — see our subscription FAQ below.

Yes! You can pause your subscription or skip specific days with at least 24 hours advance notice before the cut-off time. Skipped days are credited back to your subscription or refunded proportionally, depending on your plan terms. This makes it ideal for days you're traveling, working from home, or simply not hungry.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Tiffinzo app or by contacting our support team at contact@tiffinzo.com. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. Any unused days in the current cycle are handled per our refund policy.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. If upgrading mid-cycle, you'll only pay the difference for the remaining days — making it easy to try a higher plan without commitment.
